We work together to choose a date. We can accommodate 2 parties per day (one in the morning, one in the afternoon). We prefer Sundays because the store will be closed to public but Saturdays are available (however, there will be customers!). Dates are limited so please book early!
*Minimum of 6 kids per party. There is a $25/hr party fee in addition to the cost of each stuffy.

PRICING
There is a $25/Hr Party Fee for each party.
We require a minimum of 6 kids (6 stuffies) for a party (because, you know... Sunday).
All you have to do is pay for the stuffies & any extras you'd like (i.e., food, snacks, cupcakes).
Each stuffed animal is $25.95+gst.
Clothing is extra and optional (however, the clothes are awesome and very affordable).
*Available stuffies changes quite regularly, depending on how many parties we host and how many regular customers come in. If your child has their heart set on a specific animal, let us know asap so we can reserve the stuffie!
**IMPORTANT: You may NOT use your consignment account to pay for at Teddy Mountain party. Reason being: the parties are done on weekends when the store is closed. The owner takes time out of her weekend to host the parties. Using your store credit doesn't pay for her time hosting the parties. We appreciate your understanding.

Want to just show up and have everything here ready for you?
Like, cupcakes/cake, snacks (veggies, fruit), drinks (water, juice) or decorations?
Let us know! We just add it to your invoice.
Do you want to bring your own snacks, cupcakes, have pizza delivered? That's great! Just let us know!

BIRTHDAY PARTY SCHEDULE
Teddy Mountain Birthday Parties take approximately 1.5-2 hours. Parents of guests can drop their kids off and leave - except the birthday kid's parents (please don't leave me alone with them!). Siblings are welcome - as many kids as you'd like, if the party is on a Sunday.
30 MINUTES:
Meet & greet! Say hello to each other, chat.
Welcome game.
Craft.
30 MINUTES:
Fill up the stuffies. Each kid chooses a stuffy, and we have some fun getting them all ready to be filled.
After they are all full, if the host is interested in purchasing outfits, kids can then choose clothing.
With their stuffies in hand, we will play a game!
30 MINUTES:
Lunch, snacks, cake/cupcakes.
30 MINUTES:
Open gifts!
30 MINUTES:
Games!
All organized by the owner of Lil' Hoots Boutique. We do not want children running around the store like crazy in case they hurt themselves or break something. We would appreciate the birthday child's parents cooperation with this.
